Iridology is a tool of assessment for current conditions and for preventive healthcare. By studying the iris of both eyes, information about all parts of the body can be obtained simultaneously. Iridology helps us look at the “whole person” and determine levels of health throughout the body. The iris reveals our inherited health disposition, our tendency towards health problems, our current health conditions, and gives advance warning of what may occur in the future. The iridologist recommends foods, herbs, and/or nutritional supplements to build and strengthen the parts of the body that were discovered to be under stress.

Face reading analyzes the different elements of a person’s face. Each element corresponds to a different organ, sense and emotion. An analysis of this nature may be used in the treatment of constitutional imbalances.

Tongue analysis is a similar to the face analysis. The tongue reflects the health of the internal organs and blood circulation. Different areas of the tongue are believed to reflect the health of the different organ systems. If there is an unusual color, coating, and/or cracks in a certain area, special attention is given to the corresponding organ system.

The nails are believed to be the transfer points for nutrients in the body. Blood will run through these specific meridian points of the nail body. The appearance of the nails allows us to assess physical deficiencies. It reflects chronic issues in the body.
